Article Snippet: In brief, immunofluorescent staining was performed on formalin-fixed skin tissues by use of a PAR-specific monoclonal antibody (clone 10H; Enzo Life Sciences, Farmingdale, NY, USA) and a fluorescein-based mouse-on-mouse Immunodetection kit (Vector Laboratories, Peterborough, UK).
